  • Coordinated all aspects of the $10 million renovation of the Historic Warrenton Mill to 121-unit residential condominium units.

  • Reviewed all architectural and engineering designs for conflicts and practical application.

  • Created solutions and managed conflicts resolution process throughout the construction

  • Developed contract specifications for all trade, and managed work production schedules.

  • Conducted weekly production meetings with owners, consultants, and contractors.

  • Inventoried and created resources to contain, remove, transport, and legally dispose of toxic chemicals and other hazardous waste.

Lake House Renovation 2010

  • -Woodridge Lake, Goshen, CT

  • -Vintage 1980’s

  • -Replaced all of the Acorn windows and doors with new Duratherm windows built of mahogany exterior and quarter sawn white oak interior

  • -Replaced all exterior siding with vertical clear shiplap cedar 

  • -Removed roof and all skylights and replaced with a Firestone custom finished standing seam metal roof & custom skylights. 


  • -New interior ceilings in great room to improve acoustics of room as well as kitchen and breakfast room
  • -Windows as large as 8’ x 12’

  • -Patio doors as large as 12’ x 25’ with a clear 12’ opening overlooking Woodridge Lake

  • -Complete repaint of entire interior

  • -New structural components to support the new construction
